Personally, I believe teaching isn’t about pouring ideas and paving a road for students to follow. It isn’t about teaching students what to think, but instead, how to think. My teaching philosophy is to educate both the heart and mind which empower character building and self actualization.
At PIS, we observe students, and help them reach their ultimate capabilities.
